Going by Birddogs accusations Bolin have gone hostile wanting Birdogs IP.

Would think a simple manufacturing agreement would normally be settled a lot easier if there wasn't an alternative motive in the mix.

I think the distribution arm of Bolin which is listed in California and is also owned and run by Mr Lo who is also the CEO of Bolin China, is saying they are very separate entities and that Bolin China has the $3mill and it has nothing to do with the Bolin that Birddog has been dealing with the whole time as Mr Lo says when he was doing deals with BD he was acting as the CEO of the Chinese business and not the distribution business and as he is only the CEO of that business and not a direct owner of it if doesn't have anything to do with him and they are barking up the wrong tree haha or something like that. Does that make sense lol?
