PEN issued like 600 million shares and another 200 million options or something.
Honestly not that unhappy with this given it was at a discount, disappointing to see directors selling shares though to fund 'tax obligations'.... I don't get that, trigger a tax event to fund another tax event? Just sounds like a BS excuse that directors use when they want to cash in.
