Markets are forward looking, so evidence making the DSO more concrete, in a rising copper market would move the price. There are a number of unique characteristics here that will speed up the timeline substantially.
Government approvals fast tracked, no first nations issues to resolve, DSO method. Very different to building a HPAL plant for example.
