They may have an inkling of it, but no one else knows until the numbers from the testing are released and they'll be wanting to be sure that their numbers are correct. The directors buying is a sign of confidence, but may also mean that there's no news imminent or they'd be done for insider trading. Anyone know what the rule is for the window of allowable trading?
