@Mitchdon The question to be asked, is whether this would apply for developments that are in motion.
any undeveloped licenses would have these new rules apply?
Otherwise no new projects would come online and the UK will have import gas or cut down trees to keep warm.
Only needs an arctic blast next winter to highlight their lack of foresight.
