Mechaical Installtion more than 90% completed
Crushers are fully finctioned 100%
Screens are fully functioned 100%
Flotation Cells ready to run
Electricical and control system are currently implenting
There is huge high quality lithium stockple for feed
All contractors are working at full time
Loading facilites are currently implenting
All roads and transport facilites fully functioned

KV is not a old technology, massey mining and processing plant like it`s peers, it is a state of art mining and processing fcilites.
KV much more valubale than any other lithium mine and procssing plan in the world.

So called peers are selling cheap and low quality lithium to China. LTR is not chinese facilitated manupalted company.
LTR off take partners; LG, Tesla, Ford and 90% KV`s lithium has already sold.
Recent LG KV site visit was very importnat and there will huge benefit to LTR from business discussion with LG
Finance will be very easy to handle from now on. It has been delay bacuse of deal with possibe TO related business.
LTR selected and invited USA beacuse of only non-chinese connecttion lithium supplier. Possibilty is very high to secure a loan from the US Department of Energy, from off take partners, instead of using bullshit macwood and expensive banking system.

Take over business is not relay on Gina, her partners, ALB etc. If someone offer $3+ then LTR management may consider, otherwise going production much more profitable and better for shareholders.

LTR wiill major high quality lithium supplier very soon and SP will be much higher than any peers. Who actualy can supply SC6+ lithium? Having severl hundreds million tonnes low quality lithium won`t make a big compnay! it can make only chaeap low quality lithium supplier to china.

Currently shorters are enjoying their dishoners business, but it is not too long from now on.
