Company communicates poorly and provides no opportunities to query mgmt… HC whiners - oh wtf sobs don't give a toss about shareholders.
Company organises opportunity to directly engage shareholders where they can "discuss the Company’s fully underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP) while providing an update on the business."… HC whiners - oh wtf sobs can’t get anyone to invest.
Then again, the HC whiners are also surprised that no one is buying on-market when they will have the chance to secure a 20% discount in a matter of weeks.
This SPP is a no-brainer for existing holders.
You either believe the share price will get squeezed lower and you might be about to secure a few extra points difference buying later on market.
Or you believe in the company, and lock in your discount as it stands, and be patient.
The roll-out is what it is. Despite not being as quick as some expect, it could not have been more steady. No one should be surprised on how this stock has been tracking.
Questions about when this thing going to be profitable and not rely on credit raises just show that some people clearly don't read announcements, and have no business investing in spec stocks.
