It's Labor that are still stuck in the 90s, possibly even the 70s. I go back as far as the 50s when I was marched onto a wharf in Melbourne to load apples when the wharfies were on strike. We loaded in half the time normally taken and with less personnel.
I was also managing a large fertiliser company in the 60s when the union was causing havoc, mainly demarcation disputes when I called a meeting of workers and made a deal that union members got award wages but I negotiated wages and conditions with non union members. (I never had another demarcation dispute)
