The terms of the note below from ASX release 4/12/2023.
The notes were likely converted today, or will Monday (assuming 10 days from 16th is max conversion date). Expect a notification Monday or Tuesday on the ASX to confirm.
Even if they weren't converted today, the note holders were existing shareholders. Mighty tempting to sell at 7c and grab them back for 4c the next trading day.
