Sorry to pop your bubble but NASA signed up for Brainchip Akida early access about 2 years ago and it did not go anywhere. NASA dropped it for a better tech!
instead NASA ended up choosing a better tech called GSIT APU Gemini. It is also an ultra low power high performance chip suited for edge computing (Ai, IoT, etc). It has been dubbed the Nvidia killer. Brainchip Akida is a toy vs GSIT Gemini APU chip.
