Thx 618. In that section I found it interesting that CE is fairly adamant about going it alone. Not necessarily playing into young Stoke's playbook, but I'm sure CE is not bothered by that. But, it did raise a question in my mind about Gina and how she gets her gas processed. Given we're already in a JV with her, and Stu has kind of said they are in discussions - "can't talk about that for confidentiality reasons"... I was wondering if following the failure of SE2/3 that instead of STX doing their own 100% owned gas plant, maybe they do one via the JV. It can still be on STX land, etc... so follow the same play book, but would certainly help with funding, and even using gas from SE1 a lot faster than waiting till they find more producing wells to feed into it. So JV builds a plant and WE + SE gas goes in. Gina share part of the funding, making it more viable. One issue that might not appeal is it would seemingly put us deep into bed with Gina and make a competitive third-party takeover process less appealing for many. Would we loose any TO premium?

    Just a thought....
