You are correct. NUH has several positives going for them, the company's main problem is the CEO, he is not believable let alone trustworthy.
As you stated, this bloke could not sell crack to crackheads.
He does not appear to be able to close a deal let alone be frank about what is going on. He is always spinning or leaving out key information.
He needs to go. As soon as he goes this stock will rally.
