Guv when a predator shows there hand they will give you a premium based on the last sale price. That's why it's important to have these road shows with instos, brokers so they can understand where we are at and pass this info to there deep pocket clients who will push the price up. Then when the cheque is offered it's off a higher base. Now some of these interested parties will be waiting for outcome of pl6 then bring it into there 10 bill dollar or so fabs to finish it off like JD said on one of those videos
