If the share price is over $1.25, even $1 by June 4 - that is all the "education" required. (With respect the "bonus and piggy" options)

It's not Race's job to teach ... it's to progress the business plan.

Hopefully the business plan achieves the desire to "teach" through performance and utilizing one of the two core human emotions behind shareholding ... greed - lol

If you take those options early for nothing then the SP climbs through $1.25, hmmmmmmm !!! ... aren't you best to advise her to hold until June 1, then decide?
