I think you may find that the resistance at 60c is due to fact the SP was around 30c for nearly 1 year.
At 60c many holders are sitting on 100% profit and may sell half to free carry.
Not all bad, just needs time to consolidate to allow more people on the train. If the fundamentals are all good, just sit tight.
