Looks like they have kept the cash to fund their operating cost for near future.. they are just being cautious, they have worked hard to be in this position, its always a good sign when management is thinking longer term rather than just wowing the market and cut the divy next year due to downturn, may be we have will get some good divy midterm, dividend scalpers are the biggesr loser probably with this but long term holders this should not affect them...
