Max will put his glasses on the end of his nose and ask Elon if he can afford the MC. Currently $11.4 billion for a company losing $750 mil per annum, with no end in sight, and $2.5 bil shareholder equity. 16 mil? users. And if there was a sniff of a takeover the SP would shoot and the further it went the more Elon's shareholders would be pushing for regular drug testing. It would be a very very expensive purchase with no forseeable upside IMO
Conversely, ZIPs MC of less than $1 bil with 7.5 million customers, no shareholder equity and light on capital makes it a target
