Step 3: Clean out the bloated and biased public service (and cut it by 30%, in stages)
Step 4: Appoint hard-headed, pro-mining Ministers to the Energy, Resources and Environment portfolios.
Step 5: Remove the ban on uranium mining in Queensland.
