We don't know the price of the CR, we don't know how many shares to be issued, and what we do know is they are in Brazil, a country I personally have no interest investing in, it's not like Australia or U.S, it is Brazil, try going business there if you are an Aus company.
The time to buy was 1 cent and under, a couple weeks back, not now in my opinion
