Well SYA looks to be a Takeover target with amount of projects they hold Gold , Graphite, Lithium all in WA they could even spin some of those projects into a new company and shareholdes get shares in the new company for free , also that 5.7% Lithium grade is very high for a producer , I know HSBC bought the 9% of SYA from PLL but it would be interesting who was the real buyer hidden within HSBC ?
I reckon there will be a strong bounce around mid week to over 5 cents imo , with Lithium bottomed and starting to rise , SYA was definitely oversold and I think PLL needed the cash was the main reason to make there balance sheets look better,
SYA still have $140 million cash on hand with a $200 million loan facility unused.
Towards the end of the Year SYA will be around 10 cents ps imo. Lithium spot prices will be up 50% imo.
