CNC Project Management is proud to have provided Project Facilitation Services to the following major infrastructure projects.

Eastern Star Gas

Narrabri to Wellington Gas Pipeline
Coolah to Newcastle Gas Pipeline

Eastern Star Gas has engaged CNC to project manage all the regulatory and permitting of its proposed Gas Pipelines between Narrabri and Wellington (270km) and Coolah to Newcastle in NSW (295km).

Key deliverables for the projects include:

Preliminary Constraints Mapping, study corridor selection, provision of Preliminary Constraints Study Report, project planning, budgeting and scheduling;

Liaison with Department of Planning all processes under Part 3A of EP&A Act, including Preliminary Environmental Assessment, Major Project Application and Environmental Assessment;

Project GIS Mapping, data acquisition and collation, title searches, Landholder Schedule and associated plans;

Key Stakeholder, Community, Landholder, Native Title and Cultural Heritage consultation;

Coordinate a constructability review and preliminary risk assessment by third party engineering advisors;

Coordinate cadastral and engineering surveys of the alignments;

Carry out negotiations with Landholders for ?Option to Enter into Easement?, inclusive of negotiating and documenting agreements for compensation, final alignment, construction and reinstatement conditions;

Carry out application for Pipeline License(s) under Pipelines Act 1967; and

Development of all documentation required to be handed over to a construction contractor prior to construction in relation to permits and licences, including a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), Landholder and property requirements including a property schedule and Construction Line List (CLL), Construction Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CCHMP) and other information as required.

These projects are well underway and our client is looking at additional infrastructure requirements including compression facilities.

AGL Gas

Gloucester to Newcastle Pipeline

This project involves approximately 100km of gas transmission pipeline to deliver gas from the Gloucester CSM field to Hexham near Newcastle.
CNC is carrying out the following:

Alignment selection;

Management of Community and Key Stakeholder consultation;

Landholder negotiations for easements and site purchase; and

Landholder liaison for seismic program in exploration licence.

This project is well advanced with Option negotiations continuing and Key Stakeholder consultation ongoing.
