How about MNB gets funding from the locals, including loans??
That way the locals know any foreign external adversaries cannot use funding as an excuse to stall/derail a project for the benefit of Angola and their farmers and the Angola government knows the activities are closer to their national interest of their people stakeholders as well as shareholders including those that are both
