" This work was reviewed and approved for release by Mr. Kinnes (Society of Mining Engineers #4063295RM) who is employed by
American Rare Earths and has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit
under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012
JORC Code. Mr Kinnes consents to the inclusion in the report of the matters based upon the information in the form
and context in which it appears"

Which is not the same as actually being a being JORC recognised CP

"Requirements of Competent Persons
Competent Persons are specifically required by the JORC Code to possess a minimum of five years
relevant experience in:
1. the style of mineralisation or type of deposit under consideration; and,
2. the activity which that person is undertaking.

This requirement matches that of all the CRIRSCO family reporting codes with a minor exception in
the definition of a Qualified Person in Canada.

Now Mr Kinnes may certainly be a CP in Coal/Oil, but as far as I can see from his Resume, he has only been working on Rare Earths for just over three and a half years since he joined ARR in Jun 2021. That is why it says UNDERTAKING TO QUALIFY as a Competent Person not IS
