Don't know.
From what's been said publicly they would prefer to sell products into the non-hospital, clinical podiatry space using an established sales force rather than developing their own.
They must think that realistic opportunities might become available -- it's not pie-in-the-sky, wishful thinking. It strikes me that DW is not a fantasist and is comfortable with thinking along such lines as he has deep M&A experience.
