    ric81281: Why would VPE wait until the sp is around 1.50 (IF it gets there?) as ITC's sp will not be standing still either when drilling will resume. 10cents might also not be acceptable to the main shareholder(s) of ITC...
    Best opportunity would be to strike early - JIMHO, of course.
