Like you, I was very perplexed at first as to why on Gods given earth would you do a CR, given the fact we just completed one! It made absolutely no sense to me. After much thought and pondering, I started to think of some of the positives. The first one is the fact that the instos and sophies swallowed them all in one go. That, to me, shows massive, massive confidence! No one likes to lose money, especially the Uber wealthy. So if these high net worth individuals or organisations are on our band wagon, doesn't that fill you with confidence? It certainly does for me!! So what are some of the reasons Stamler really wanted the money for? He clearly states that he needs the additional cash to get us through to the Phase 2 Double Blinded Study at years end. Personally, I think he needs it to make sure we not only have enough funds to reach the end, but, also to have enough cash reserves to help package what we have and take it to market. Can you imagine we get to the end and the results are stunning, and we are ready to package off what we have to take to market, only to have no more funds in the bank account? Like everything in life, it takes money to make money. Take selling a house, for example, in sydney over the past 14 years or so, if a 10 year old stood at the front door handing out pamplets at the open house, the house would still sell. The property would literally sell itself. You didn't really need an agent to do anything significant. In saying that, you still needed to pump the funds in for all the marketing, knowing full well the house was definitely going to sell. My point being, we now know Stamler has enough funds to get us to the end and some. The biggest bonus for me here is we are at the end. This year, we are either in or out! their isnt 3, 5, 10 years to wait while we develop a drug or vaccine. We have what we have, and it either works or it doesn't. If it works, which im quietly confident, it will, then we are in business, and im sure we will have a suitor or suitors at the door asking for the price. We simply dont have very long to wait. Im expecting results to start trickling in from next month onwards. Definitely interesting and fun time's ahead. Please note that the above statements are just my personal opinions, and I may be wrong. I sincerely wish everyone the best of luck with this investment. As it stands, it's an educated punt that may end up being extremely rewarding if Management has got it right!!
