I am now coming around to @yaschmidt 's view. The fact that he is going there in person rather than sending one of his trusty lieutenants (or indeed going at all), might be significant. Could he be going to finalise (ie sign off) a grant or perhaps more likely, a loan from the US Department of Energy?

Could be just a coincidence that our major shareholder GR finds herself in USA at the same time as LTR CEO and Chairperson and second largest shareholder TG. Just sayin'.
