Please read your own posts. This started by me responding to the post in which you said - "I think we will end in the end a la SFR one day..."
I didn't write the SFR analogy/comparison. You did. And I didn't write "multiples of SFR". You wrote about how SFR was once 5c and given they are now over $7, I said - "but SFR multiples? Please!".... Don't misquote me Mr D.
All this 'nuff said' stuff is ridiculuous.
Like you I'm hopeful that your AVB thoughts may also apply to us in the not too distant future. But us ending up like SFR, well, on exposed info, that's just a bit rich.
Anyway, I'm sure we both want the same thing and that's a return on our investment. Good luck to all of us who've been here for some time.
