To be fair, Madagascar have been working on their new mining code (ie what royalties, taxes is paid to who) for the last 5 years, so it's not all been about a BSE shakedown. They have just been working on 'African time', which makes western time look like dog years (ie one year of African time = 7 years of real time).
Chinese would love this deposit, and there in lies the best solution and upside for BSE from 10c imo...
