If the board only cared about lining their pockets why would they raise money to give the money away straight away.
They could sit back and let Lind take up another cheap $1.34 million worth of shares

He wants the share price to run hot once good news flows.
Or he has a take over or joint venture in mind.
Either way Auz is looking very cheap at the moment.
