    Probably the fact they spend $1.5m a quarter (which is a bout what they have in the bank) and do a capital raise every 2nd qtr while paying themselves handsomely and bringing out waste of money glossy brochures to spruik it. 24 of the 28 pages previous quarterly was fluff and spin and pretty pictures.
