1 John 4:2 - By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,

What's being confessed out here -> words from the spirit, ones spirit express = deemed as one in the same.

It would seem that way but these verses suggest otherwise.

6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.

63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing.

It doesn't say every person that confesses, but every spirit.

22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

Rubbish, unless you are trying to tell us, that Jesus has 2 Fathers, as the Holy Spirit Fathered him.

Nup, I'm allowing scripture to do the talking where it says the Spirit Himself.

16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

You can call it rubbish all you like but you are just exhibiting your rubbish delusion and unnacceptance of what is inspired scripture.
Also you have no clue what you are arguing against.

Depending on context, passages etc, the Spirit can be deemed as, he, him, this, that, it etc, etc.

The context here clearly says himself as himself.
Himself is a person. An individual.

    himself
    /hɪmˈsɛlf/
    pronoun

    1. 1.
used as the object of a verb or preposition to refer to a male person or animal previously mentioned as the subject of the clause.
"the steward introduced himself as Pete"

    2. 2.
he or him personally (used to emphasize a particular male person or animal mentioned).
      "Ben told me himself"

    This is your ridiculous claim.

16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s the Spirit's children.

See how absurd you twist things?
You have no idea what you are arguing against.

Although you do have a valid argument. You present it well enough. You just deny inspired scripture that validates trinity doctrine.
    You would best accept it.
But I expect you will again rubbish it despite having no idea what you are arguing against to rubbish.
