It's not and never has been "Palestinian West Bank Territory". It's currently disputed territory, with the final status to be determined by peace negotiations....if they'll ever occur. And as long as they remain disputed territories, if Jews don't have the right to build and settle there, Palestinians don't either.
Between 1948 and 1967 it was Jordanian territory....did you ever whinge then about it being "occupied Palestinian territory? Prior to 1948 it was British Mandate territory. Prior to 1918 - for 400 years - it had been part of the Ottoman Empire.
As I've said to you previously....past time to accept facts.
