For those not aware of what I am referring to, see below.
Richard announced this to market in 2022, after he had failed to complete the necessary work to satisfy the "Substantial Commencement' clause in the WA Govt Environmental Approval document.
It is shocking to me that he has never again referred to this. It has been 2 years now, since he announced this.
Was he being truthful to the market when he announced the below option? Is this something that needs to be reported to ASIC...??
Because, he clearly states here, that:
1) the Approval remains VALID
2) he can apply for an EXTENSION to the deadline for completion of "Substantial Commencement'.
But, he has NEVER again referred to this...WHY??
