    Hi @benny211167

The bs is coming think and fast from yourself and your colleagues. I'll reply to this pathetic attempt to slur JK further and bend the truth to your narrative.

Think about this ATO issue - So JK gets his tax assessment from the tax dept - they reckon around 10 million should square everything up.

So if JK paid the assessment no questions asked, nobody would be any wiser and he wouldn't be called all the names under the sun from youself and co. Basically he'd be a model tax payer and in good standing with the tax dept.

Your post are always misleading - "This would be major deliberate fraud against the Government."

How can questioning a decission through the courts then be classed as fraudulent behaviour, as mentioned above if he paid paid the assessment everything was good no further action required.

Trying to reduce you tax liability is OK and legal.

Eg - Lets say the ATO got it wrong lol. And after the legal wash up JK only needs to pay the ato 2 million ( just and example ) that's 8 million saved. Who wouldn't question how they arrived at their decision via legal channels.

JK has done no wrong... proof by if JK paid the full assessment Its all good and no issues. Payment = everything goes away, but questioning the ato decission and your wrong and a bad person... get real.

Basically both parties are debating points of law. And thats it! One to save $$$ one to get $$$.

    Cheers
