I am happy to go with Horses numbers, who I should add I have a lot of respect for.
He has stated this is not ramp up phase.
Care to share based on those numbers how LTR will get to positive cash flow in the current environment without more money.
Your own management have already told you that you need money.
No one is going to overpay in the current environment. Expect a tough deal or massive dilution.
