Watt's repeated rhetoric is that NOPTA has finalised advice and advice is being considered - not only that, earlier on in the senate time talking about us having stringent environmental regulations (aka NOPSEMA).
Clear as day - Yes or No from NSW - this is going ahead. --- Government is in no position to reject NOPTA Advice and the Bill proposed by NSW will not stop PEP-11 as outlined by Watt (COMING FROM LABOUR MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE, FISHERY and FORESTRY)
