IF NOPTA application is headed for an Approval - in accordance with what we believe to be NOPTAs recommendation, then the next battle comes IF (could be a duster) gas is found in PEP11 and NSW get their proposed legislation into LAW.
However, should the gas be in the volumes/quantities as stated by BPH - then in my opinion it would be hard for any government to deny further 'development' in the national interest including cost of living/revenue/transitional fuel/base load etc.
