The new ticker, CRML should appear on the list. It is the first time being offered to the market ie. CRML shares publicly available to the public/market therefore "IPO". Date hasn't been agreed with SEC yet. There should be an announcement to both SZZL and EUR shareholders and the market when CRML's IPO date will be, before it lists... but yes, SZZL will cease to exist post merger and all of SZZL shares becomes CRML plus issuance of more CRML shares for investors such as EUR.
