As SH we should keep the pressure on Richard for not applying for the extension or explaining why the board hasn't applied.
But i know the answer Richard and the board were clueless to do the necessary Substantial Commencement work and would be clueless what to do afterwards and didn't want the extra effect that it would involved in it as they are only a lifestyle con management team..
I dont see any other reason, also why they pissed around with the failed Nickel project they want to off load now after spending SH funds on it..
