I always find that high vol marks are best read after the fact ..because particulary in futures markets you never know which is the hold position untill later on .
Yesterday in the spi I had a look at the way the robots influenced trade , I don't normally look at tick activity , but yesterday inspired me to have a look into it..
On a 2 min chart at both the high of the day and the low of the day they held the market in a 6 tick range ..bashing into the high and low for about 1/2hr on each occasion ..
makes it hard to hold a position from my perspective, because I'm never quite sure when they have thses things switched on or not , guess it dosent pay to consider it really ..
