sf you post a lot on here, so obviously you have done a lot of research and are heavily invested. No point having a crack at someone less knowledgeable than yourself and if posts on a forum as amateur as HC gets on your nerves, maybe turn the PC off for two days and come back as from what I can see nothing, absolutely nothing you have posted or for that matter anyone has posted has moved the court processes or the re-listing of AVZ. Realistically we have one option only and that is to wait........
