If there's only two options 1.Approval OR 2.Eventual win in court
And if all of us 'nobodies' understand once approved the share price opens UP 30-40c.
Why hasn't every sophisticated investor, political insider, legal expert also realised that PEP11 is a lock to be approved eventually?
Somehow it's only the experts on HC that realise this is an easy 20-bagger.
