If this goes the same way as most cap raises for small companies you'll probably be able to buy cheaper on market if the sophs dump their shares. It would take a strong half yearly tomorrow to negate this. I have profit figures for the half coming in around $350k and I don't think they'll beat that, but if they do then I'll be annoyed that they didn't wait until after publishing the results to do the raise. Bittersweet.
