At first glance Statutory results appear uninspiring and may have fallen short of expectations:
Gross margin increased to 25% (up from 21%)
Expenses up 25.5%. Employee Benefits (+16.2%) one of the main contributing items.
Adverse movement in foreign currency translation from PCP (-$12.2m) also impacted result.
