Do you think it is in the interests of MAH shareholders to start this thread by naming it Indonesia- controlled MAH? A lot of ASX listed companies are controlled or substantially owned by foreign entities. And the same goes for most stock exchanges round the world. With some exceptions, the nationality of ownership doesn't interfere with how they trade or carry on business.
