Having similar thoughts here...... Now that JPM have 15.01%, obviously it's not a mistake that they have precisely just enough to trigger the 15% criteria as outlined above.....so potentially, there's intentions there..... as to what, we can only speculate.
Will be interesting to see how JPM play it from here.... if the SoA doesn't move forward and it reverts to a takeover, does this mean JPM will (attempt to) block SQM/Gina from getting to 90% and play boardroom hardball, in an attempt to force the takeover price higher.....??? We can cross our fingers and hope I guess!
OR are JPM the 'puppet' and there's a bigger 'anonymous' whale pulling the strings and JPM are just facilitating atm????
On a side note, I'm little surprise there hasn't been a few online articles/news/media mentioning that JPM have picked up MIN's holding of AZS. Unless I've missed it.... Has anyone read anything specific to JPM picking up the shares?
