@madamswer, his whole AASB16 thing is such a dogs breakkfast and has just become another opportunity for CFOs to obsfuscate, massage and engineer. It's a f'ing joke.
The silver lining is that those that understand it and seek to think in terms of cash-in vs cash-out, have an (unfair?) advantage.
