Perhaps the market is believing that REH will be able to earn the same high ROIC in the US as they have been in AUS. But they are two very different markets, there isn't much competition here for them, in the US it is different. Overall i think they will improve their US operations but they wont be earning a ROIC anywhere near what they have been in AUS. The premium the market is willing to pay over BV doesn't make much sense, particularly if interest rates don't stay near 0% for the next 10 years.
