I'd ask TB if he prefers to see another chart of the yield curve showing that rates might come down later in the year
OR: if he would prefer to consider that if the ZIP SP should reach $3.84 in 4 years, then ZIP needs $150 mil to repay a loan plus $200 mil as an exit fee after paying $90 mil interest. That's getting exy: $290 mil to borrow $150 mil for 4 years, plus find the original $150 mil. I wonder how TB would respond?
